Human Resources drives the University’s people strategy. We provide a high quality, responsive people management and advisory service. With the implementation of the University’s 2030 strategic plan, now is an exciting time to join us in the development and implementation of key initiatives that will further enable the University in achieving its objectives.
About the opportunity
As part of the HR Policy and Strategy team you will under, limited supervision, provide human resource support with a primary focus on operational human resources, be part of strategic HR project and provide administrative support to the team.
You will provide quality advice on the application of HR policies, and support implementation of HR strategic initiatives.
About You
Ideally, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, with substantial relevant human resources experience. Focussed on delivering high quality customer service you will possess highly developed communication and advisory skills as well as analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
You will possess highly developed organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
