About the opportunity
- Provide strategic leadership in setting and executing the digital workplace and employee experience (DEX) vision, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, technology architecture, and evolving business needs.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the ServiceNow platform and workforce technologies, enabling streamlined digital workplace services, optimised employee workflows, and measurable value through sourcing strategies, service models, and compliance practices.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by modernising workplace platforms, fostering a data-driven culture, and enabling technology adoption that transforms employee engagement, collaboration, and performance.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in digital workplace leadership.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, technology-enabled initiatives, including ServiceNow and digital workplace programs within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated expertise managing multi-platform solutions across enterprise applications, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud services such as Azure and AWS.
- Strong ability to translate organisational strategy and workforce needs into cohesive digital workplace and ServiceNow roadmaps that drive measurable business impact.
- In-depth understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends influencing the future of employee experience and workplace innovation.
Note: Some after-hours and weekend work, as well as occasional national travel, may be required.
