- Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. plus 12% superannuation

The Perth USAsia Centre is a non-partisan and not-for profit institution. Through research and educational activities, the Centre strengthens strategic thinking between Australia, the Indo-Pacific, and the United States and engages thought leaders to address challenges and opportunities in the Indo-Pacific region.
Based at The University of Western Australia, the Centre is an independent company and shares the values of the University. It has a strong commitment to personal effectiveness, working collaboratively and demonstrating a focus on results. There is an expectation that this role would be based in Perth.
About the opportunity
- Maintain and update institutional planning tools and documents for all Centre and CEO activities.
- Monitor the workflow for all incoming activity requests, updating planning documents, timelines and calendars.
- Administer Centre travel, including the approval process and adherence to travel procedures.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level.
- Substantial diary management experience.
- Demonstrated experience liaising with external stakeholders.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities.
Note: The successful applicant will be required to hold a current National Police Clearance and may be expected to undertake occasional weekend or after-hours work, as well as domestic and overseas travel as needed.
