About the opportunity
- Deliver independent IT support across desktops, mobile devices, AV equipment, and software, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Support bespoke teaching and research technologies; design and implement systems following best practices.
- Proactively resolve issues through root cause analysis, documentation, and preventative recommendations.
About you
- Relevant University degree or equivalent
- ITIL certification or significant experience in Service Delivery process is essential
- Substantial relevant computing experience in a customer service role with a mature approach to work
- Demonstrated experience with field/on-site support of complex IT systems and services
- Demonstrated experience in providing support and troubleshooting for teaching and/or research solutions and applications
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
