- Base salary range: $83,212– $92,231 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The University Library supports teaching, learning and research through innovative services, systems and spaces. The Records, Archives & Digitisation Services team, part of the Research and Collections section, delivers records and archives management, digitisation of cultural collections, and supports compliance and information governance across the University.
About the opportunity
- Provide expert advice and support on records management policies and procedures
- Deliver training and guidance on the TRIM system to users across the University
- Contribute to the development and implementation of records management strategies that enhance efficiency and compliance
About you
- Demonstrated knowledge of records management principles and experience applying them in an electronic document environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- A collaborative team player with a flexible, solutions-focused approach
