Established in 1927, UWA Law School is Western Australia’s premier Law School and the fifth oldest in Australia. It has a proud history of academic excellence, offering a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including Business Law, Criminology, Law and Society, and the Juris Doctor. The Law School is supported by College Services, which provides academic administration and technical support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of teaching programs aligned with the University’s strategic objectives.
About the opportunity
- Provide high level administrative support for the Law School’s teaching programs, including large units and specialised offerings.
- Coordinate key processes such as class allocations, special considerations, and academic adjustments.
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional service and respond to changing demands.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial administrative experience in a higher education setting.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to quality customer service.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and a range of computing applications.
