  • Base salary range: $129,497 to $137, 029 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement an assurance framework to support the Employee Payment Project.
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with laws and UWA policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement preventative controls and process improvements.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in assurance, compliance, or auditing.
  • Proven experience in conducting reviews and audits, ideally within HR or employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data and identify risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
