About the area
Campus Management is responsible for planning, designing, and managing the University’s property portfolio to support teaching, research, and campus life. It delivers a wide range of services, including property management, sustainability, major projects, security, and maintenance. As part of the Maintenance and Operations team, you will contribute to maintaining safe and high-quality aquatic facilities.

About the opportunity

• Ensure swimming pool maintenance and water quality meet health and safety standards.
• Manage stock, equipment, and service provider coordination for aquatic facilities.
• Provide inductions, advice, and a safe environment for staff, students, and patrons.

About you

• A Swimming Pool Manager qualification, First Aid certificate, Bronze Medallion, and First Responder course in Defibrillation.
• Considerable experience in maintaining safe aquatic environments, including expertise in filtration systems and water quality management.
• Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills to work independently in an aquatic setting.
• Proficiency in computing skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• The ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Special Requirement:

• Some weekend and shift work may be required.
