About the opportunity
- Lead the coordination and improvement of service delivery processes across Campus Management operations.
- Oversee and enhance the Maximo "Super User Group," driving improvements to work management systems and IT solutions for better user experiences.
- Foster collaboration across diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service delivery excellence and system future-proofing.
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Leadership and Management (or equivalent competency) and substantial managerial experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster growth and development among team members.
- Proficiency in systems like Maximo, with a solid understanding of work order management software, Authority to Work, and Rapid Global processes.
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proven relationship-building abilities across professional and academic fields.
