UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals. UWA is also looking to utilise technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models.
The redesign of the IT Services Delivery aims to realign the teams in centres geographically located in three critical mass services centres.
About the opportunity
- Deliver IT Support to regional end-users in line with IT Service Level Agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide IT support for commonly used computing platforms.
- Provide support for specialised teaching and research solutions and design and implement new systems in accordance with appropriate build guidelines and processes.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Experience in a customer service role with a mature approach to work.
- Experience with field/on-site support of IT systems and services.
- Experience in providing support and troubleshooting for teaching and/or research solutions and applications.
- Experience in ITIL request fulfilment, incident and problem resolution and management.
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate, and “C” class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
