  • Base salary range: $112,114 – $122,544 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals.  UWA is also looking to utilise technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models.

Robust, flexible, integrated and agile enterprise architecture, information and technology services are vital to enabling the university strategic objectives.

About the opportunity

  • Responsible for delivery of business analysis, requirements gathering, writing user stories, defining a minimum viable product process re-design, and improvements for successful delivery of changes.
  • Establish testing strategies and plans for all supported products and services.
  • 5 years’ experience working with CRMs required, and experience with Oracle Service Cloud B2C and/or Blackbaud CRM is highly desirable.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency with substantial relevant experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role or a role requiring business analysis or process improvement.
  • Substantial experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, testing and verification.
  • Substantial experience in establishing testing strategies and plans, business cases and investments options modelling.
  • Deep understanding of business analysis practice in both agile and plan-driven projects, with relevant experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector, business process engineering methods, and ITIL Certification or demonstrated experience in ITIL processes is desirable.

Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
