- Base salary range: $74,450–$79,085 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
UWA Child Care Services provides an Early Learning Centre offering part-time and full-time care for children aged six weeks to five years. Management and staff aim to provide high-quality education, care, and enriching learning experiences for all children, in partnership with their families. This is done in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012, Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012, and the National Quality Framework.
About the opportunity
- You will provide expertise in a wide variety of administrative and secretarial duties to support the Early Learning Centre front reception area.
- You will be the first point of contact, providing support to staff and parents.
About you
- Year 12 or equivalent competency.
- Considerable relevant experience in administrative and client services.
- High level of computing skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, publications, internet, and email.
- Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills., with the ability to engage courteously and empathetically with a diverse range of people.
- Experience in working in the Education and Care industry is desirable.
