About the Forrest Research Foundation
The Forrest Research Foundation, established in 2014 through a major philanthropic donation by Andrew and Nicola Forrest via the Minderoo Foundation, enhances research and innovation in Western Australia. It awards Forrest Scholarships and Fellowships to top global researchers, supporting PhD and postdoctoral research at five WA universities. With a vision to position WA as a global research hub, the Foundation currently supports 60+ scholars and fellows conducting groundbreaking research across disciplines.

About the opportunity
- Strong administrative experience, with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and email.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and event coordination.
Special Requirements
- Occasional weekend work.
- Some after-hours work may be required.
