- Base salary range: $74,450 – $79,085 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, providing support to Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The Teaching Operations team sits within the School Operations team who delivers administrative and academic support services aligned with the University’s strategic objectives, focusing on teaching excellence, continuous improvement and best practice.
About the opportunity
- Deliver high-quality administrative support for the University’s teaching programs & units including student assessment and exams, timetabling and class allocations, LMS administration, support for programs such as honours/final year projects etc., general office support.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to drive service efficiency and ensure high quality service provision.
About you
- Year 12 or equivalent competency.
- Considerable relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing a high level of quality customer service.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
