About the area
College Services provides professional academic and technical support to UWA’s schools, enabling strategic teaching, research, and operational excellence. The Schools Operations team sits within this structure and is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, efficient academic support services. The team collaborates across functions to ensure responsive service aligned with university priorities and continuous improvement practices.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate key teaching administration functions including exams, class allocations, LMS support, and student-facing activities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to unit coordinators and program leads, including honours and final-year project coordination.
- Contribute to the efficient running of school operations by maintaining quality systems, records, and committee support.
About you
- Relevant experience in a university or similar setting.
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency across a broad range of administrative and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, LMS).
- High initiative and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Committed to quality service and continuous improvement.
