- Base salary range: $100,524 – $111,534 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Development and Alumni Relations [DAR] oversees the University’s alumni, philanthropic and community strategies. The function works collaboratively across the University to embed philanthropic and engagement activity into the University’s operations. The core responsibility of the team is to lead and build on the University’s alumni, donor and community relations to advance the University goals.
About the opportunity
- Develop positive internal and external stakeholder relationships through School, student and alumni connections.
- Plan, implement, and assess alumni outreach and engagement, including volunteer programs and initiatives.
- Maximise UWA relevance in the lives of graduates along with active and meaningful alumni participation in the life of UWA.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high-level consultation, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build lasting business relationships, provide excellent client service and work effectively with people, including key contacts and volunteers.
- Highly developed management and organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent research, analysis, communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing and presenting proposals, assessments and reports, eDMs and social content.
