- Base salary range: $95,231 - $100,643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

The School of Health and Clinical Sciences at UWA is a research-intensive academic environment focused on improving community health and wellbeing. The Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences delivers a Doctor of Optometry and HDR options, supported by the Eye Health Centre of Western Australia (EHCWA) – a world-class public clinic providing specialist eye care, clinical education, and applied research.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, compliance, and high-quality patient care at EHCWA.
- Develop and implement strategies to support clinic goals, enhance workflow and satisfaction.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, students, and stakeholders to build clinic reputation and engage
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience with substantial senior-level administrative experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to lead and train staff.
- Experience in health environments (Optometry/Ophthalmology/Hospitals) and understanding of clinical compliance.
- Ability to manage clinic budgets and contribute to strategy development.
- Desirable: Infection control and digital marketing experience.
Special Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check (valid at time of application).
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Relevant immunisation/vaccination as per UWA and WA Health guidelines.
