  • Part-time (0.5 FTE) appointment on a tenurable basis.
  • Base salary range: Level D, $173,024 – $190,355 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Department of Pharmacy delivers a suite of postgraduate pharmacy programs, including the Doctor of Pharmacy and Graduate Certificates in advanced pharmacy practice areas. The Department of Pharmacy operates through collaborative team effort to work with patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems to facilitate medicines optimisation through research and education.

About the opportunity

  • Provide academic leadership in the design, delivery, evaluation, and accreditation of postgraduate practitioner development programs.
  • Lead and contribute to research aligned with medicines management, clinical education, health workforce transformation, or related areas.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform course innovation and research impact.
  • Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching and supervise postgraduate and HDR students.

About you

  • PhD in pharmacy
  • Demonstrated track record of sustained excellence in leading the development and delivery of curricula
  • An outstanding track record in excellence in research
  • Demonstrate evidence of successful supervision of HDR students with evidence of timely completions and co-publications
