- Base salary range: Level B, $118,150 – $139,812 p.a plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
UWA Centre for Medical Research is based at Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research in Nedlands. The position is across the Translational Cancer Research Program and The Perkins Cancer Biobank (PCB).
About the opportunity
Process analyse and publish “omics” and other data generated through the Cancer Biobank and associated research activities.
About you
- A demonstrable track record in excellence in research evidenced by peer-reviewed journal articles, participation in symposia and conferences, relative to opportunity.
- Demonstrate evidence of successful co-supervision of HDR students, relative to opportunity.
- Demonstrable experience of participation in research leadership.
- Broad experience with data management processes and techniques, building and running data analysis tools and pipelines, machine learning and AI techniques and tools.
