Talent Acquisition Advisor

  • 1 x Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis
  • 1 x Full-time appointment on a fixed-term basis for 12 months
  • Base salary range: $104,243 – $115,661 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

  • Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services across a diverse portfolio, including senior and complex roles, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on recruitment processes, systems, and best practices, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to drive efficient workflows, maintain compliance, and contribute to strategic projects that enhance the University’s recruitment capability.

About you

  • You bring relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, along with a strong track record in delivering high-quality, end-to-end talent acquisition services.
  • You’re known for providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You thrive in complex environments, demonstrating excellent planning, organisation, and the ability to drive results across multiple priorities.
  • You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (PageUp or similar), and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You work independently with initiative, while also being a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive and high-performing culture.
