- Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a comprehensive range of University-wide services.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate and support space projects across the University to ensure effective space use, including reviewing space requests, conducting audits, and planning under the guidance of the campus space manager.
- Manage and maintain spatial data and drawings, including base drawing databases, site plans, and floor plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with As Constructed drawings and site audits.
- Oversee space recording systems and data integrity, including maintaining the Archibus database, implementing system improvements, managing CAD data flow, and staying updated on relevant software advancements.
About you
- Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines.
- High level computer skills, particularly in the configuration of databases, Archibus and CAD software.
