This role supports the School’s mission by facilitating administrative functions, supporting engagement activities, and helping the School’s leadership team achieve strategic goals.

About the opportunity

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of School and the senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate school activities and events, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting various projects.
  • Maintain databases and records, ensuring seamless office operations.

About you 

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent experience in administration.
  • Proven administrative skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in computing, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a high level of customer service.
