About the opportunity
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative undergraduate and postgraduate units in Management and related disciplines, provide leadership in curriculum development, and supervise student research projects at all levels.
- Drive research initiatives by leading collaborative research teams, securing competitive funding, publishing in top-tier journals, and fostering national and international research partnerships to enhance the university's reputation.
- Contribute to the governance and community life within the School, the University professional associations, and external collaborations and contribute to team activities.
About you
- PhD in an academic field relevant to the Management and Organisations discipline group (e.g. management studies, strategic management, business analytics, global business, organisational theory, decision sciences, organisational behaviour, human resource management and employment relations).
- Demonstrated track record of sustained excellence in leading the development and delivery of curricula and in the development of innovative teaching approaches, assessment and materials for units and courses.
- An outstanding track record in excellence in research at a national level evidenced by a series of high-quality peer-reviewed journal articles published in high quality international journals.
- Demonstrate evidence of successful supervision of HDR students with evidence of timely completions and co-publications.
- Demonstrable experience of leading public engagement activities that promote research leadership and/or education outcomes, and strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders including government and industry.
