- Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
- Base salary range: Level C, $139,000 – $159,893 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

The principal role of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) is to lead and oversee the educational and global engagement activities of the University.
The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of curriculum design and innovation, including academic quality assurance and risk management, academic standards, teaching excellence and scholarship strategies.
About the opportunity
- Lead and align Pathway programs with university priorities, collaborating across schools and units.
- Develop innovative, inclusive courses and teaching methods for diverse students.
- Build sector partnerships and drive research to enhance Pathway outcomes, including with Indigenous Studies.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Demonstrated experience at a senior level in the successful design-to-implementation of Australian tertiary pathway programs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify innovative and creative approaches to issues and to lead the adoption of these approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage, demonstrate initiative and work productively.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and strategic skills.
