- Base salary range: $100,524 – $111,534 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Digital Development and Enhancement Team at UWA collaborates with academics to design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences, ensuring effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and innovative digital tools. They produce engaging multimedia content, uphold accessibility and quality standards, and provide training to enhance digital teaching capabilities. By leveraging learning analytics, feedback, and emerging trends, the team continuously improves online and digitally enhanced learning offerings, driving the University’s digital learning and teaching agenda.
About the opportunity
- This role will design and develop engaging, best practice informed online learning content for predominantly Microcredentials and Short Courses.
- Your role will contribute to learning design, development and review to support implementation of innovative course and unit content.
- You will craft and become multimedia specialists to improve learning activities engagement.
- Your role will collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery and streamline workflows.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an educational field or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant experience in digital and online educational design at an appropriate level.
- Knowledge and experience in the integration and evaluation of curricula to facilitate and develop appropriate, effective, and innovative learning solutions within a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Well-developed project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in a range of computer skills, including expertise in multimedia design, development and production.
