  • Base salary range: $129,497–$137,029 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals.  UWA is also looking to utilise technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models.

About the opportunity 

  • This is an Infrastructure Project Manager role, managing multiple projects in various stages of completion.
  • In this role, you will shape how the university campus looks and feels for future generations of staff and students. You will serve as the key interface between the Campus Management Project Teams and the University IT Project Teams, ensuring alignment and the smooth and successful delivery of IT infrastructure within the Campus Management projects.
  • Throughout the lifecycle of each project, you will be responsible for monitoring overall project status and leading project teams to address issues and mitigate risks.
  • Industry Project Management Certifications are highly desirable (eg: Prince2, Prince2 Agile,etc)

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, IT, Business or STEM are highly desirable
  • Experience with PPM tooling and project management tools (Jira and Azure DevOps Boards) is essential.
  • Industry Project Management Certifications are highly desirable (e.g.: Prince2, Prince2 Agile, etc).
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and engagement, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels and as part of multiple teams in the education sector is essential.
  • Experience in Networks, AV and End User computing is essential.

Special Requirements

A current National Police Clearance Certificate.

Availability to work outside standard hours when required.
