About the area

The Integrity and Standards Unit (ISU) is responsible for managing complaints, student discipline, integrity, and child safety. About the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project management professional to lead the delivery of UWA’s Child Safety Framework Action Plan. This high-impact role will focus on coordinating work across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with the Commonwealth Child Safe Framework and national child safety principles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving project planning, scheduling, delivery, and reporting across all phases of implementation.
  • Coordinating stakeholders across diverse areas of the university, building strong partnerships to ensure ownership and accountability.
  • Developing and implementing practical tools, training, and resources to embed child-safe practices.

  • Knowledge of child safety principles, frameworks, and relevant legislation (including the Commonwealth Child Safe Framework) is desirable but not essential—what matters most is your ability to lead strategic projects with rigour and care.

Special Requirements

  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
