About the opportunity

• Lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership and organisational development programs.
• Partner with academic and professional staff to drive engagement, inclusion, and capability development.
• Shape and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives to support organisational success.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering organisational development strategies and interventions within complex organisations.
• Strong interpersonal, consultation, and negotiation skills to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in leadership development, change management, and talent development frameworks.
• Ability to manage projects and initiatives that drive a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace.

Special Requirements

• Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
