- Base salary range: $129,497 – $137,029 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

The Organisational Capability team leads initiatives to develop leadership, enhance team effectiveness, and drive cultural change, ensuring UWA continues to thrive as a leading global university.
About the opportunity
- Lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership and organisational development programs.
- Partner with academic and professional staff to drive engagement, inclusion, and capability development.
- Shape and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives to support organisational success.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering organisational development strategies and interventions within complex organisations.
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, and negotiation skills to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in leadership development, change management, and talent development frameworks.
- Ability to manage projects and initiatives that drive a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace.
Special Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
