- Base salary range: $64,597–$71,552 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

University Hall (Uni Hall) is the residential college owned and operated by The University of Western Australia (UWA). Over 750 UWA students from over 50 countries live, socialise and study at Uni Hall, creating a vibrant and diverse community. The University Hall Maintenance team manage and undertake a wide range of maintenance activities to support student living, ensuring the safety, security and optimal functionality of all facilities.
About the opportunity
- You will provide efficient and effective maintenance support at University Hall.
- Be responsible for ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, security and functionality, also assisting with minor construction and maintenance tasks as directed.
- Provide support and assist in the activities of contractors as required and agreed with the Maintenance Supervisor.
About you
- Formal trade qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Good organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines.
- Continually update knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Note:
- Able to fit the physical requirements of the position, which includes attending and passing a fit for work assessment.
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
