About the area
College Services delivers academic and technical support across UWA’s schools, enabling excellence in teaching, research, and student experience. The Schools Operations team provides general administrative and academic support, working closely with academic staff, students, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate all aspects of student placements, ensuring alignment with program, legal, and safety requirements.
- Act as the key contact for students, academic staff, and placement providers, offering guidance and support throughout the placement lifecycle.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with industry partners, and support academic coordinators with placement logistics and reporting.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience coordinating programs or services in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Confident working with students, academics, and external stakeholders to facilitate successful placements.
- Sonia Software Experience recommended but not required.
