- Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team supports students across a range of disciplines to engage in practical, real-world learning experiences. Working closely with academic staff, students, and industry partners, the team ensures placements are well-organised, compliant, and aligned with learning outcomes. The team plays a key role in enhancing student employability and strengthening UWA’s industry engagement.
About the opportunity
- Provide a high level of administrative support for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements and programs.
- Maintain accurate records, placement agreements, and compliance documentation while acting as a key liaison between students, staff, and external partners.
- Respond to more complex email and phone enquiries from students, host organisations and initiate action and referral as appropriate
About you
- Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email
