- Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division leads UWA’s brand strategy, marketing, communications, digital engagement, reputation management, recruitment, and admissions. Within BMR, the Corporate Communications team delivers strategic, professional communications and engagement activities across the University, supporting internal communications through expert advice and effective channel management.
About the opportunity
- Maintain and improve the University’s Service Directory (knowledge base for staff), ensuring editorial compliance.
- Ensure data quality by identifying inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
- Answer customer enquiries relating to the Service Directory.
About you
- You bring strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- You have excellent customer service skills.
- You have strong written communication skills.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with SharePoint.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
