  • Base salary range: $91,833 – $97,052 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Office of Research supports research excellence and knowledge transfer at UWA. The Research Ethics and Integrity team ensures the University meets the highest ethical standards in research involving humans, animals, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and plays a vital role in maintaining compliance and integrity in research practices.

About the opportunity

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Research Ethics and Integrity team and associated Committees.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of systems, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Work to support the effective functioning of research ethics and integrity processes.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in life sciences or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative experience and ability to work within policy and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
