  • Base salary range: $104,243 – $115,661p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Division of Student Life is part of UWA’s Education Portfolio, working closely with the Division of Student Accommodation and Community to deliver a world-class student experience. It plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey, from initial engagement and enrolment through to graduation. The Division encompasses five key areas: Student Administration, Student Offices, International Student Experience and Global Learning, Student Equity and Success, and Student Wellbeing and Engagement. These teams provide programs and services that promote access, academic success, wellbeing, and engagement. Student Life collaborates with the Student Guild, residential colleges, and academic schools to enhance the overall student experience. Within the Division, the Student Office team offers dedicated advisory services, supports academic progression, and strengthens students’ connection to their schools and disciplines.

About the opportunity

  • Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns and initiatives via the University’s Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Oversee the University’s marketing automation platforms and fully leveraging its capabilities.
  • Develop strategies to maximise the impact of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance obligations are met.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency including substantial relevant experience in high-level marketing and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience of multi-channel consumer lifecycle marketing strategy with proven experience in managing marketing automation campaign and a high level of proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
  • Experience with Oracle Eloqua is preferred.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with high level consultation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders, persuade and influence outcomes.
