About the area
The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) is part of the UWA Medical School and provides rural clinical training for medical students from UWA, Curtin University, and the University of Notre Dame. Spanning over 3,500 km across multiple sites, RCSWA aims to deliver high-quality rural education, strengthen the rural health workforce, and improve health outcomes for regional and remote communities.
About the opportunity
- Provide administrative and academic support to students and staff at a rural clinical training site.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of office systems, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with the Academic Services Team to deliver high-quality services across the Faculty.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in computing applications including Word, Excel, and databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate and Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicant.
