- Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students.
This position is located within the Robin Winkler Clinic, which is part of the School of Psychological Science and provides individual and group psychological treatment and neuropsychological assessment for people of all ages and backgrounds. At the Clinic, students undergo training in clinical psychology and clinical neuropsychology under the expert supervision of experienced clinical psychologists and clinical neuropsychologists.

About the opportunity
- You will provide expertise in a wide variety of administrative and management duties to support the Robin Winkler Clinic in collaboration with the Director, Robin Winkler Clinic.
- Coordinate daily reception operations to ensure a high level of service for clients, families, clinical staff, students, and others engaging with the clinic.
- Liaise between clients, students, referrers, clinical staff, School staff, and the broader University.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level within a clinical setting.
- Experience with medical or client management software packages, for example, Point and Click.
- Experience with handling emergency situations and mental health crises is desirable, including mental health first aid and compliance with local emergency procedures.
Special Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check.
