• Base salary range: Level C, $144,143 – $165,809 p.a. (prorata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

• Undertake independent teaching in Clinical Dentistry, significantly contributing to the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) course at the UWA Dental School.
• Shape the academic strategies and policies within the Dental School and delivering exemplary teaching and learning experiences, you will provide strategic direction in curriculum development and educational initiatives.
• Mentoring and supervising students, driving scholarly activities, and fostering collaborative relationships with academic, industry, and professionals

About you

• PhD in academic field such as Bachelor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine or equivalent qualification that allows for general registration as a dental practitioner in Australia
• Proven ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences through various media.
• Demonstrated success in the design, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and learning initiatives.
• Established track record of developing and maintaining a network of relationships with key academic, industry, and professional institutions, partners, and stakeholders.

Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate and Working with Children Check, and “C” class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
