- Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA), within the UWA Medical School, delivers rural clinical training across 15 sites statewide, supporting medical students from UWA, Notre Dame and Curtin University. RCSWA also strengthens rural training pathways and builds research capacity in regional and remote health, working to improve health outcomes across Western Australia.
About the opportunity
- Support planning, development and delivery of the Healthcare Access for Rural Practitioners (HARP) project.
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops and capacity‑building activities for RCSWA staff and rural health stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rural practitioners and organisations to support recruitment, project promotion and feedback through all project phases.
About you
- You hold a degree with relevant experience, or possess equivalent recent experience in a similar project or research setting.
- You bring strong administrative capability supported by excellent organisational skills.
- You are proficient in key digital tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email and online platforms.
- You communicate with clarity, professionalism and confidence, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You demonstrate initiative, problem‑solving capability, and the ability to manage time, resources and deadlines within defined guidelines.

The role can be based across any of our 15 RCSWA sites in Albany, Broome, Bunbury. Busselton, Collie, Derby, Esperance, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Kununurra, Narrogin, Northam , Port Hedland , Warren Blackwood (Manjimup) and may require intermittent interstate travel.
