About the area
The Oral Health Centre of Western Australia (OHCWA) is a collaborative Centre involving the University of WA’s School of Dentistry, Curtin University, and the WA Department of Health. The Centre is the primary focus for Oral Health education, research and specialist care delivery in Western Australia. It treats approximately 14,000 patients per annum and delivers several clinical and technical training programmes.
About the opportunity
- Provide operational and administrative support to OHCWA and the UWA Dental School.
- Support day-to-day administration, access control, record-keeping, staff and student onboarding processes.
- Administer electronic building and room access, as well as reserve parking arrangements.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in standard computing applications (Word, Excel, email, internet) and capacity to learn UWA and OHCWA systems.
- Experience in a university, clinical, hospital, or health-related setting, is desirable.
