About the area
The University Library provides information resources, services, systems and spaces that support, stimulate and innovate teaching, learning and research. As a strategic enabler for the University, the Library collaborates closely with academic and professional colleagues to deliver solutions that enhance research, teaching and learning outcomes. This role sits within the Research & Collections section, which oversees research publications, research data, open scholarship, resource acquisition, metadata, interlibrary loans, reading lists, and discovery services.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate a Library project from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones, actions and outcomes are achieved.
- Lead project communication, documentation and reporting, working closely with Library colleagues, academics, students and external partners.
- Contribute to effective service design, evaluation and planning by gathering and analysing project‑related data and insights.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, ideally with knowledge of library and information studies.
- Strong knowledge of project management approaches that support continuous service improvement.
- Well developed consultation and networking skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
