The Division of Student Life sits within the UWA Education Portfolio and plays a vital role in delivering a world‑class student experience. Student Life spans five core functions, Student Administration, Student Offices, International Student Experience and Global Learning, Student Equity and Success, and Student Wellbeing and Engagement providing holistic support from enrolment through to graduation. The Student Office team is central to this mission, delivering high‑quality advisory services, strengthening connections between students and their schools, and supporting academic progression and overall student engagement.

- Deliver high-quality advisory and administrative support that directly enhances the student experience.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of student service systems, policies and processes.
- Work collaboratively within a skilled, supportive team to ensure consistent, transparent and student‑centred service delivery.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency
- Substantial relevant senior administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
