About the opportunity
- Provide specialist TBM/FinOps expertise to build governance frameworks for transparent and strategic tech investment.
- Develop financial models, reporting, and optimisation strategies across technology portfolios.
- Drive TBM governance maturity and advise senior leaders on best‑practice TBM.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human science or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Extensive senior experience in FinOps/TBM governance or technology finance, delivering strategic reporting and optimisation in complex organisations.
- Extensive senior experience in cloud financial management, delivering strategic cloud cost reporting, governance, and optimisation in complex, multi-cloud organisations.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, software compliance, and hardware refresh planning within complex IT environments.
- Record enhancing technology investment governance in higher education or public sector, with strong people leadership.
