- Base salary range: $95,231– $100,643p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) Division leads UWA’s brand strategy, marketing communications, digital engagement, and student recruitment. The Future Students team provides strategic recruitment direction across domestic and international markets, delivering high-quality engagement, advice and support to prospective students and their influencers. Working within this team, you’ll play a key role in promoting UWA and driving future student interest through impactful school engagement activities.
About the opportunity
- Deliver dynamic presentations, workshops and events that showcase UWA courses, entry pathways and student life to high school audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders to drive student recruitment outcomes.
- Coordinate and contribute to a range of strategic student recruitment initiatives, both on and off campus.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills, including excellent public speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a range of people from different cultural and educational backgrounds, and of different age groups.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

A current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and “C-A” class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
