About the area
Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a comprehensive range of University-wide services. This role will require a dynamic, flexible and experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager with expertise in all facets of project management (Client side and delivery) including full project life cycle responsibility for managing multiple projects at one time.
About the opportunity
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact, complex capital works projects that shape the future of the University’s campuses and student experience.
- Work strategically and operationally across multiple stakeholders, sites and project types, managing everything from early planning and design through to construction and close‑out.
- Be a trusted senior advisor within Campus Management, contributing to continuous improvement of capital project delivery frameworks and asset management practices.
About you
- You bring substantial experience delivering complex capital works projects across the full project lifecycle, either client‑side or in a delivery environment.
- You have a strong working knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and relevant legislative and governance requirements.
- You are a confident leader who can manage consultants, contractors and internal teams, while building strong relationships with senior academic and professional stakeholders.
- You are highly organised and agile, able to balance competing priorities, manage risk, and adapt to changing project needs and tight timeframes.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, with proven experience preparing briefings, reports and providing strategic advice to senior management.
