About the area

The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division brings together marketing, communications and student recruitment functions to deliver cohesive and effective engagement strategies across the University. Within this division, the Brand team provides leadership in brand strategy, governance and campaign delivery, working closely with stakeholders across faculties and portfolios. The team plays a key role in strengthening UWA’s reputation through consistent, high-quality brand and marketing initiatives aligned to the University’s strategic priorities.

About the opportunity

  • Contribute to the delivery of integrated brand and marketing initiatives that support UWA’s strategic objectives and enhance its external profile.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple marketing and communications projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns, content and communications outputs.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Demonstrated organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering marketing, communications or brand activities, including digital content, campaigns or events, with a high level of attention to detail.
