- Base salary range: $104,243 – $115,661 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and professional support services across the University’s Schools, working closely with Heads of School, academics, researchers and students. The School Operations team delivers coordinated, client‑focused support services that enable Schools to meet their strategic, teaching and research objectives while driving continuous improvement and best practice.
About the opportunity
- Coordinating School operations and administrative services, including teaching, research and general support functions.
- Providing high‑level operational and strategic support to the Head of School and School Executive, including planning activities and documentation.
- Leading and supervising a small professional services team, fostering capability development and customer‑focused service delivery.
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Substantial senior administrative experience in a complex organisation, preferably within higher education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience supervising staff and supporting team development, with a commitment to quality service delivery.
