As part of the Platform and Operations team, the End User Compute function delivers enterprise desktop engineering services that support thousands of users across a complex, multi-platform environment.

About the opportunity
- Play a key role in designing, building and maintaining a modern Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across Windows, Linux and Mac platforms
- Lead application packaging, deployment and endpoint management using best practice tools and methodologies
- Provide Level 3 technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint services, ensuring a high-performing and secure computing environment
About you
- Demonstrated experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management and SOE development across Windows, Linux and Mac environments
- Proven ability to package and deploy applications and manage enterprise desktop environments using industry best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience providing Level 3 technical support in complex environments
- Experience working within IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and delivering high-quality customer-focused services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
