  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
  • Base salary range: $80,293 – $85,291 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

  • Support the end-to-end resident admissions journey, including applications, offers, acceptances, onboarding, accommodation agreements and transition processes.
  • Deliver exceptional front-line customer service by responding to enquiries from prospective and current residents, families and visitors via phone, email and in person.
  • Coordinate key administrative activities including accommodation finance administration, room transfers, occupancy management, resident records, property-related processes, Welcome Day activities and community events

About you

  • Experience in an administration, customer service, student services, accommodation services or resident services environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused or customer-centred service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently respond to enquiries and build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
  • Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and database systems. Experience with student management, accommodation management or CRM systems such as StarRez is highly regarded.

Note: Employment checks will include information on gender-based violence, sexual harassment, and related misconduct to meet legal obligations. A current National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check, will be required by the successful applicant.
