  • Base salary range: $80,243 – $88,940 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the area
The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA), a division within the Medical School at UWA's Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, provides rural clinical training for medical students across multiple locations spanning over 3,500 km. Our mission is to enhance rural education experiences, expand the rural healthcare workforce, and improve health outcomes in regional and remote communities.

About the opportunity

  • Provide essential administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the RCSWA and its programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality services and adapt to changing demands.
  • Support students and medical coordinators at site levels, contributing to their success.

About you

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience with substantial administrative expertise.
  • Proficiency in computing skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
