- Casual opportunity until 31 December 2021, approx. 25 hours per fortnight
- Salary: $43.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% loading) plus superannuation
About the opportunity
Develop a webpage for a federally funded research project (R&D4P - Closing the loop, Black Soldier Fly technology to convert agricultural waste into high quality fertiliser and soil improvers) and a new research Centre at the UWA (Centre for Agricultural Economics and Development: CAED). Both the BSF-project and CAED are based within the School of Agriculture and Environment at the UWA.
The appointee will create a project website and Centre website that will serve as gateways to our staff expertise, UWA research capability, other research projects, events and outreach to stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate experience with:
- Creating website for research Centre and project-specific site, ensuring phone/tablet compatibility, publishing
- Creating a cohesive and user-friendly site and template that can be used to create more research websites
- Providing instructions/training for updating the website in the future.
- The Wix website designing platform and website domain hosting utilities.
